2. Exchange Policy Details

  • Eligibility for Exchange: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you are eligible for an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Conditions for Exchange:

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Process for Exchange:

    • Once your exchange request is approved, send the product to our returns address at your expense.
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement to you.

3. Exceptions

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened first aid supplies are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Damaged Items: If the product is damaged due to misuse or negligence, it will not qualify for an exchange.

4. Legal Compliance

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, consumers have the right to return unsafe or defective goods within 6 months of delivery for a repair, replacement, or refund.
